All Cancellations should be intimated through email and the refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.

If cancelled 30 days or more before departure: 30% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee

If cancelled 30 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee

If cancelled 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.

If cancelled after paying the hotel booking amount, the same will be forfeited.

If cancelled the plan due to unavailability then cancellation will be applicable according to the policy. (The rooms in the hotel are subject to availability at the time of confirmation payment and it takes 24-48 hours to get confirmation from the resort or hotel.)

100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets, if flight fare has increased/decreased at the time of payment credited us, then the same shall be borne by the client. If you needs to cancelled the booked flights then, it’s totally depends on airlines cancellation policy.

Verbal commitment will not be honored.

No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package price would be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation may change according to the hotel cancellation policy.

If due to covid-19, the Indian government puts a ban on air travel in that case we will generate the credit note & you can utilise the same for the future booking (Same Place Or Resort) and in future if there will be a price difference then you have to bear the amount.

Mr. Holidays King are not liable for the care of personal belongings of travelers during the trip. Any loss or damage to any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold, etc are purely customer responsibility.

It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid Id during their tour. (Return Flight Tickets, Passports, Hotel Vouchers, Visa, Timely Itinerary, and other vouchers and tickets)

In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Mr. Holidays King reserves the right to cancel the booking, or if any price change happens to be borne by traveler only.

In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/ government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Mr. Holidays King will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible.

The itinerary provided is tentative and the final itinerary would be shared on arrival at the destination.

Any local taxes, cess, gratuities have to be borne by the traveller at the hotel/cruise counters.

The passport of all traveller’s needs to have 6-month validity from the date of departure.

Mr. Holidays King will not be liable for any Visa rejections or delays in Visa, it completely depends on an embassy and the cancellation charges will be applied as written in Cancellation Policy.
